October Clean-Up Day
Zimbabwe Republic Police from Chegutu District joined Chegutu Municipality in conducting the 9th Monthly Clean-up campaign on 4 October 2019. This involved cleaning the surroundings of all Municipal Stations and Service Centres dotted around the Municipal area.
September Clean-Up Day
Zimbabwe Republic Police from Chegutu District and Former Mayor of Chegutu Municipality, Mr. Leo Gwanzura joined Chegutu Municipality in conducting the 8th Monthly Clean-up campaign on 6 September 2019. This involved cleaning the surroundings of all Municipal Stations and Service Centres dotted around the Municipal area.
Municipal Police Training Programme
To improve Municipal Policing standards, Chegutu Municipality recently undertook a rigorous training programme for its Municipal Police officers. The training took on board 21 officers, some of whom were new recruits.
