Administration-section
The Section responds to the legislative callings of Part VI (Proceedings and Committees of Council and Part XVII (By-laws and Regulations) of the Act.
The Administration Section is responsible for;
Convening Committee, Council, Management, budget, stakeholders and any other meetings mandated by Council.
The section also records, manages and files meeting proceedings (minutes), decisions and policies of Council.
Oversees management of Council assets and vehicle fleet,
Manages flow of information, mail, correspondences emanating from Council to residents and stakeholders and from residents and stakeholders to Council.
