Construction of the Chegutu Seventh Day Adventist University Campus

Significant progress has been posted so far on construction of the Chegutu Seventh Day Adventist University campus.

The first floor of the two-story building which will accommodate administrative services as well as lecture rooms is almost complete and the University is targeting to complete entire building by February 2022. The University campus is being constructed on a piece of land donated by Chegutu Municipality, and the project is expected to unlock value to the Municipality through the higher education value chain to be brought about by operationalisation of the institution. At a site visit meeting held between the Municipality and the SDA University Steering Committee, both parties were satisfied with the ongoing works, despite the delays and challenges caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
