Council has 2 clinics namely Pfupajena and Chinengundu and the latter has a maternity facility which is currently being equipped to provide first class maternity services. Council offers different services through these clinics which may include the following:

• Expanded programme of Immunization
• Antenatal and Post Natal Care
• Opportunistic Infection treatment
• Antiviral Treatment
• Tuberculosis treatment
• Counseling and Testing
• Family planning- all methods available
• Sexual Reproductive Health Rights and HIV programme and services
• Voluntary Male Circumcision
• Outpatient Treatment of ailments
• Free blood pressure and weight check

This Section is the one responsible for general administration issues which include:

• Preparing correspondences including quotations, stores requisition, forms, typing reports and other documents.
• Taking and typing minutes.
• Respond to telephonic and personal inquiries.
• Sorting and filing documents
• Taking all complaints from residents on daily basis.
• Procurement of items and goods which are within petty cash threshold.
• Preparing monthly reports.
