Chegutu Municipality hosted the annual Chegutu District Sports, Arts and Culture Festival on the 3^rd November 2018 at Pfupajena Stadium. Various sporting teams drawn from the District competed in the available sporting categories such as soccer, netball, chess etc. The festival is held every year as part of Chegutu Municipality’s delivery of social services. Various companies such as Zimplats, Tripple C, Chicken Inn, Global Platinum Resources, Rock Chemical Fillers, Dandy Zimbabwe, among others.

Chegutu Municipality wishes to thank the Festival Organising Committee drawn from Government Departments/ Ministries and other stakeholders, as well as sponsors for successfully facilitating the hosting of the 2018 edition of the festival which was spectacular and exciting. We call upon other sponsors to join in for the 2019 edition so that the event becomes more successful as we seek to promote social well-being amongst all the citizens of Chegutu District, through sports, arts and culture.
